Finally, after ... how long was it..? 10 weeks of work, I've finished it!


Some background info: Back in April, I had a sign up list for this project in my journal (I called it the 'chibi apartment project' back then). I wanted a grid of a 4 by 8, but ended up making it a 4 x 9 since there were a lot of deviants who wanted a chibi. I did 4 flats a week (previews are still up in my gallery and scraps). All but the last 4 had preview pics.


A total of 36 apartments, and 38 deviants - including the awesome doormen, a last minute addition. There is not particular order to the flats, I just made sure that the blue apartments weren't directly adjacent to each other (too much blue!).


All I have to say about the aparment building is that it's probably going to look odd from the outside since everyone has customized windows :XD:.

Daily Deviation*indiochink started a fantastic project a while back thats finally been completed. - deviFLATS - is one big poster featuring tiny representations of fellow DeviantART users, each seated in their very own unique room that tells you alot about each person. *indiochink's hard work has certainly paid off because the final product looks great! (Suggested by @Narfmaster and Featured by `mangapunksai)

Wow-wie~~! Even if you wouldn't have posted the low-opacity clusters, one could clearly see ALL of the hard work that went into this lovely piece~! I don't own enough heads and hats for the many 'hats off's' it deserves :D
